The LD Mineral Salt Lydia Dainow is an alkaline salt for external use made with Himalayan salt and alkaline mineral salts. It leaves the skin soft and supple, balances its pH, and deeply detoxifies and purifies—a body care ritual that is as simple as it is effective.

✨ Directions:

Foot bath: Dissolve 1 level teaspoon of LD Mineral Salt in warm water at 38–41°C and soak your feet for about 20 minutes.

Full bath: Dissolve 2 level tablespoons of LD Mineral Salt in water at 36–38°C and bathe for 30 to 45 minutes.

Tip: Can also be used with the Cleanser as a detoxifying scrub for the face or body.
